Every person in HelloSky has a full profile: who they are, what they have built, how to reach them, and how they connect to companies, boards, and investors.
What’s on a profile
- Header and About: name, current role and company, a short bio, and an AI Bio button that generates a fuller narrative summary on demand.
- Experience: the complete career history, viewable as cards or a table. Each role is enriched with company context: ownership (for example VC-Backed), headcount at joining and leaving, revenue scale, growth trend, and valuation, so you can see not just where someone worked but what happened while they were there.
- Financial & Deal Signals: the revenue scales this person has operated at and their exit history: IPOs, M&As, and buy-side acquisitions, split by whether they were an executive or employee at the time.
- Expertise & Signals: badges summarizing the career at a glance, such as repeat C-level roles, team scale, and revenue leadership.
- Contact: email addresses and phone numbers where available. Click an individual entry to reveal it, or use the Email action to reach out.
- Key Stats, Recruitability, Behavior Profile: quick indicators to help you assess fit and approachability.
- Org Chart: where the person sits at their current company, with a link to the full company org chart.
- People List Memberships and Candidate Stage: which of your lists the person is on, and their stage in your process.
Actions
From the toolbar at the top of a profile you can:
- Lookalikes: jump straight into a Similar People search anchored on this person.
- Save: add the person to a people list.
- Share and Download PDF: hand the profile to a colleague or client.
- Email and Send to ATS: start an outreach or push the person into your tracking system.
The Lookalikes button is the fastest route from “this person is perfect but unavailable” to a shortlist of comparable candidates.
