# List newsfeeds

> Monitor news and moves across everyone on a list.

A list is not just a snapshot: HelloSky keeps watching everyone on it. The list NewsFeed turns your saved people and companies into a monitoring feed.

## Open a list's NewsFeed

1. Open the list, click **Actions**, then **NewsFeed**.

2. Events are grouped **By Type** or **By Year**, over a time window from last month to all time:

   * **Funding**: new rounds raised by companies your people are at.
   * **Acquisitions & IPOs**: exits touching your list.
   * **Job Changes**: people on your list changing roles, the event most searches care about.
   * **Pipeline Activity**: changes your team made to the list itself.

Company lists have the same feed for funding, acquisition, and leadership-change events across the saved companies, and every company profile has its own **NewsFeed** tab.

<Tip>
  Before reviving an old search, open the list NewsFeed first. A "Job Changes" scan over the last three months tells you who moved, who is between roles, and which companies are in play, before you re-run anything.
